Gakuto Villas is a community of 12 two-story villas located in the mountain town of
Hakuba, boasting some of the best ski experiences in
Japan in winter and stunningly colorful autumn and spring displays in summer. Gakuto Villas provides a year-round getaway in the midst of the beautiful Japanese Alps. Just three hours from Tokyo and with a free pick-up service from a train station, Gakuto Villas is easily accessible throughout the year. In winter, there are endless possibilities for even the most experienced of skiers. The property is located just a 5-minute walk from ski lifts of the popular resort Happo One with eight other resorts as easy alternatives. In summer, endless local activities ranging from mountain biking and alpine flower viewing to rafting and canyoning come forth. You can freely select your favorite choices or simply explore the local area on a bicycle. All villas are in excellent condition with under floor heating, ski storage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, and a kitchen. Staff is knowledgeable of the local activities and onsen places and willing to assist you through your visit.
