The Wellwood Guest House is a Victorian manor house built in 1881 and retains many of the original features. Wellwood overlooks Tummel Valley or Vale of Atholl. Each room is individually designed and offer en-suite facilities. Originally built around 1881, Wellwood House is surrounded by private gardens, with a stream and a pond. Red squirrels, roe deer, moorhens, and wild ducks are often seen in the gardens. Dining facilities are also available at The Wellwood Guest House. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea and evening meals with views of the Vale of Atholl. Centrally situated, the Wellwood is a peaceful base from which to explore the central Highlands of Scotland.
