Oxford, the city of dreaming spires, has a wealth of architectural gems. The jewel in its crown is the world-famous University, with a history spanning some nine centuries. Cotswold Lodge is set in a quiet conservation area, a 10-minute walk from the city's highlights. The original period building houses 10 individually decorated feature rooms - named after Oxfords famous colleges - and includes bay windows, high ceilings and open fireplaces. Bedrooms are elegantly furnished, with high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The chic 66a Restaurant serves British and European dishes, which can also be enjoyed al fresco, in the courtyard, during the summer months.
